Youth Wins a Brand-new Car in the PruBSN Grand Rezeki Draw
PruBSN rewarded 98 winners for the Grand Rezeki Draw from "Revive, Restore, Retain" and "Stay Protected" campaigns

Kuala Lumpur, 18 January 2023 – Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad (PruBSN), Malaysia's number one family takaful operator[1] held a prize-giving ceremony today for the winners of the Grand Rezeki Draw for the 2022 "Revive, Restore, Retain" and "Stay Protected" campaigns. The event saw lucky customer Aiman Syafiq Bin Zakaria from Johor Bahru take home the grand prize of a Proton Persona 1.6L Premium CVT worth RM60,000.00.

The campaign, which started on July 1 and ended on November 30th, 2022, also saw PruBSN certificate holders win other exciting prizes such as an iPhone 14 Pro worth RM4,139 per unit (5 winners), a tour package to Langkawi Island with a flight ticket for 2 people worth RM3,550 per package (5 winners) and 50-inch smart television worth RM2,150 per unit (6 winners) for Tier 1 (Revive, Restore, Retain and Stay Protected campaigns).

Meanwhile, 5 winners for Tier 2 (Revive, Restore, Retain) took home an iPhone 13 worth RM3,569, an iPad worth RM3,250 (6 winners), and 60 winners took home a Touch 'n Go (TNG) card worth RM100 and RM50. A total of 10 agents were also selected to win an iPad worth RM3,250 each through the Rezeki Draw for the Agent category. The total prize for both campaigns is worth almost RM300,000. 

Wan Saifulrizal Wan Ismail, Chief Executive Officer of PruBSN said the Revive, Restore, Retain and Stay Protected campaign was organised as part of PruBSN’s effort to ensure continuous takaful coverage among Malaysians in line with PruBSN's mission to help Malaysians get the most out of life.

According to Wan Saifulrizal, "As we face many challenges in terms of economic, health, social and dynamic environments, unforeseen and out-of-control situations can befall anyone. This situation is indeed worrying, especially when we do not have any financial safety net that secures the future of us and our loved ones."

 "That's why we organised the Revive, Restore, Retain and Stay Protected campaigns last year to encourage our customers to have continued protection as a financial safety net in the event of any misfortune."

"That is the importance of early protection to secure the future of all of us and the public's awareness to prepare, especially in terms of financial security for "rainy days" or emergency days at a time when we didn't expect." Wan Saifulrizal said this in his speech while celebrating the winner in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

All winners are chosen at random from the list of certificate holders who have completed certificate reactivation or signed up for automatic payment via direct debit or debit/credit card during the campaign period.

At the same event, Wan Saifulrizal also announced PruBSN's latest campaign as a continuation effort to ensure that all Malaysians are always protected as well as to appreciate customers by offering rewards for umrah and Hajj packages.

"Every month from January to December 2023, a rezeki draw will take place to select one winner who will win the umrah package for two people. A lucky customer will also win the grand prize - the Hajj pilgrimage package for two people. To qualify for the rezeki draw, customers only need to register for automatic certificate payment or auto deduction during the year", said Wan Saifulrizal.

In September last year, PruBSN also announced and presented prizes in the form of iPhone 13 to 10 winners of the Early Bird Rezeki Draw in July 2022 and 10 more winners of the Early Bird Rezeki Draw in August 2022 for the same campaign.
