We are pleased to announce that the 2021 Family Takaful Contribution Statement and Annual Statement for our customers, are now available to be viewed and downloaded via PRUServices in Pulse by Prudential.

Note: PruBSN participants can view maximum 7 years of their statements (Family Takaful Contribution Statement & Annual Statement) starting from 28 February 2022 via PRUServices

Step 1
Download Pulse by Prudential app on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Step 2
Complete your registration by connecting with Google or Facebook, or continuing either with Email or Mobile.
If you choose to sign-up using email or mobile, set up your account by filling your information. For other methods, you will need to grant permission to access your Google/ Facebook/ Apple account.

Step 3
Upon successful registration/sign in, tap on “PRUServices” (also known as My Coverage) tile or icon on the home screen.
Tap “Proceed” after reading the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Step 4
Tap on the "Link Policy/Certificate”.
Key in your NRIC or any PruBSN certificate number that you own in the field provided and tap “Continue".

Your PruBSN certificate(s) will be shown after you key in the OTP number sent to the mobile number registered under your certificate.
Step 6
Tap on “Document” to view and download Annual Statement

Step 1
Go to PRUServices (also known as My Coverage).
Tap on “PRUServices” tile or icon on the home screen.

Key in Your NRIC or Policy/Certificate Number. Go to Step 3 if you have linked your certificate earlier.
Tap on the “Link Policy/Certificate” and key in your NRIC or PruBSN certificate number. Key in the OTP sent to the mobile number.

Step 3
Your certificate(s) details.
Tap on the certificate that you wish to view.

Download your statement via “Document” tab.
