How do I register?

Step 1: User to login to PruBSN website and click on the PruBSN Touch button.

Step 2: User need to click on the “Register” option.

Step 3: Enter the Certificate Number, Customer ID(NRIC/OLD NRIC/Passport) and registered Mobile Number.

Step 4: A TAC will be send to User’s mobile number for verification purposes.

Step 5: User to create their Username along with the password.

Step 6: User to create their Secure Phrase, Select a Colour and complete the Two(2) security questions.

Step 7: Registration completed.

How do I Make Online Payment

Step 1 :  Login to your PruBSN Touch Account at app.prubsn.com.my/PruBSNTouch 

Step 2 : Click on <Contribution> and select <Online Contribution Payment> 

Step 3 : Click on <Show More> for the certificate that you wish to pay 

Step 4 : Enter the number of payment instalments and then click <Add to Pay> 

Step 5 : Verify the amount under the Contribution Payment Summary and click <Pay Selected Contribution>

Step 6 : You will be directed to iPay88 payment gateway

Step 7 : Select the payment option Credit/Debit Card or Online Banking or eWallet and fill up the necessary details and click <Proceed>

Step 8 : Complete the Payment transaction until you reached the e-Contribution Information screen with Payment Status as Successful

How do I change my contact number or email address?

Step 1 : Click on the “Certificate”

Step 2 : Select Contact Details

Step 3 : Click on the “Edit” button. Then, click “Pen” icon. User will be able to enter contact number of email address.   

Step 4 : Enter the new contact number or email address. User can select the other  Certificates to update and then click OK > Continue > Confirm

Note : Once your contact details have been successfully updated, please follow the verification process sent to your registered email.

How do I register new credit/debit card?

Step 1 : Login to your PruBSN Touch Account or register through app.prubsn.com.my/PruBSN Touch.

Step 2 : Click on “Contribution” and select “Recurring Payment Enrollment”

Step 3 : Select “Payment Method” option Direct Debit (FPX) or Debit / Credit Card. Then, user may select the certificate and Payor. Click “Next”, user will be directed to the section “Card Holder Information”.

Step 4 : To complete the Recurring Payment Enrollment Process, the user must read and agree to the terms and conditions, thereby authorizing the bank designated by PruBSN to charge their credit/debit card account for both the initial and subsequent. Then, click “Continue” user will be directed to their preferred bank website.

Step 5 : Fill in the debit/credit card details. Then, click "Proceed" OTP number will be sent to the user's mobile number

Step 6 : Enter the OTP number received and click “OK”

NOTE : There is a RM5 charge for activating the recurring deduction, which will be applied to your next contribution payment.
