Good news to all Prudential Medical customers! We are delighted to share with you that our medical coverage now includes Telemedicine via reimbursement under Pre and Post Hospitalisation Benefit.

Telemedicine is virtual healthcare service provided by most private hospitals and clinics on a secured online platform where customers can have follow-up appointments, consultations & medication prescription/treatment.

In order to ensure our customers are getting quality medical care, PruBSN will provide coverage for medically necessary Telemedicine with reasonable and customary charges incurred and where consistent with the disability of the person covered who is hospitalised as per terms & conditions cited in the certificate. Customers can submit the required documents (original receipts, completed claim form etc) for reimbursement to our nearest branch or submit them to agent for the agent’s submission via PRUServe Plus (“PSP”).
